Though often referred to as the "trust hormone" oxytocin is increasingly being seen as a brain chemical that does a lot more than just bring couples closer together.

New research is suggesting that oxytocin plays a crucial part in helping us to stave off a number of psychological and physiological problems as well improving our relationships. But more conceptually, oxytocin is proving to be a crucial ingredient to what makes us human.

Author and Transformational Leadership Coach Mary Welch will be discussing how to build up that wonderful chemical oxytocin that is naturually present in our body.  Oxytocin produces a sense of wellbeing and trust that helps us evolve into a state of higher conciousness.  Learn more how Mary works with women to teach them to tap into this natural bliss.
