Spiritual Teacher Patrick Sterenchuk joins Kris and Duncan to discuss Laughter Yoga!

Tonight Live at the Loft welcomes Spiritual Teacher Patrick Strenchuk to The Healing Loft to chat more about his trip to the Twin Cities this coming weekend and one of the items he has in store for all of us is the Laughter Yoga Workshop which will be at The Healing Loft - Saturday 20 November @ 11:00A. He will also be conducting a meditation and having sessions with clients whilst he is here. Patrick is a spiritual teacher, meditation instructor, healer, and intuitive who, for 18 years, has been helping people live more fulfilling, more joy-filled lives. Healing Loft owners Duncan Metzger and Kristen Scanlon will be talking with Patrick to find out more about him and what he is offering. Patrick also has some exciting incentives for people wishing to attend his Laughter Yoga workshop. You don't want to miss it!!

Laughter Yoga, a combination of simple, empowering and otherwise "tension-releasing" laughter exercises combined with gentle yoga breathing techniques. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake laughter (what Patrick calls Intentional Laughter) and "real laughter". Not only does research show, over and over, that we get incredible physiological and psychological benefits from Laughter Yoga and Intentional Laughter (and there are tons of benefits), but it's a blast!
