Can Writing An Amends Letter Help You Achieve Massive Weight Loss Success

A few weeks ago I was asked to consider a compelling thought process by my spiritual adviser.

I was asked this very question. "Would you be open to the concept that you have created every aspect of your life that you feel is not working for you," I asked Steve to clarify what he meant.

If you don't like how your wife speaks to you, you created that.

If your business isn't running like a well-oiled machine and isn't as profitable as you'd like, you created that.

If your relationships with your children, family members, friends, customers are not flourishing, you created that.

If you don't like the way you look and feel, you created that.

He went on and on covering every complaint I have uttered about my life during our past sessions and ask me one last question...

DO YOU WANT A BETTER, HAPPIER, HEALTHIER MORE LOVING LIFE?

ARE YOU WILL TO TAKE ON A TASK THAT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE LIFE YOU SO RICHLY DESERVE?

I answered YES,

Steve then ask me what part of my life did I want to work on first, and without hesitation, I said my relationship with my fantastic wife, Jayne.

So he asked me to write an amends letter to Jayne, apologizing to her for anything and everything I've done to create what was missing from our marriage, relationship, and friendship that had changed from when we first started dating.

So I had to go back to the beginning more than 17 years ago all the way to present day.

The exercise was very powerful, it often brought me to tears, and what happened next I will share with you live in the podcast.
