Limits only exist in your mind and are attached to fear! The things we want in life are just outside of the limits you set for yourself. There's always the fear of the unknown lingering around just enough to keep you in low-risk living! Once you make up your mind to do something you pump the breaks just long enough to let fear back in, Fear reminds you of the limits that you have set on your abilities. The limits come from lack of growth: Procrastination, Comfort, No Motivation, No Application, etc. etc, etc.

We respond to the limits that others place on our lives, so we start placing them as well! Limits were meant to be broken! You have the ability to control every limiting part of your life with a simple decision to push past that limit. Your body has to respond, but when we hesitate we lose the moment and allow fear to catch up! 

Plyometric exercises are short explosive movements that require the most exertion in the beginning! Leaving fear behind requires quick, explosive movements that break the chains of limitation! Go Live Life!
