What if it is not personal?
Do you find you make things personal often? What if the things other people choose and say and do have nothing to do with you? Ever! No, really. Most people are not considering anyone else's perspective, point of view or choices with the things they say and do. They only see their own perspective and project that out into the world, including onto you.
Have you ever had someone say the same thing to you over and over, every time you see them? Does it have anything to do with you, even if they say it is about you? Are they actually present with you? Are they speaking from the past? Are they just spewing what they always say to any person who is in front of them?
If what people say and do and choose was not personal to you, what other choices would YOU have?
