In tonight's show we will be talking about the Japan earthquake & Tsunami, sending our prayers to the people. This is my reason why I am running this year's L.A. Marathon. We will be talking about preparing for a marathon, workout, nutrition and diet tips, which we will have actual athletes calling in.
