Walking In The Supernatural

Jesus declares in Mark 16, that these signs shall follow all those that believe. These signs were as followed, the sick would be made well, devils will be casted out. However, I have a question for the body of Christ. Were are these signs that Jesus spoke of? Why are there so many sick in our churches, did Jesus die with the apostles.
