Councilman Kenn Miller has been a resident of Naperville since the end of 1995 with his wife, Janice and daughter, Meghan. Kenn has served Naperville residents on the City Council since 2005, leading the City Council and city manager in improving and preserving a pro-business environment and working with the Naperville Development Partnership to draw more businesses to Naperville.
