Rai Barney - HR Expert

Ms. Rai Barney has over 10 years of progressive human resources management experience. She has worked within various industries across the Midwest.  These industries include consulting, banking, government, technology, manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare and non-profits.  Ms. Barney specializes in the areas of internal communication, recruiting, employee relations, operations, benefits and compensation.  

Rai is the owner of Optimal Placement Services, LLC , a full-service career services firm specializing in recruiting, resume updates, career coaching, interview preparation assistance, job search assistance human resources consulting and entrepreneurship consulting.  Optimal Placement Services, LLC also offers customized services and has facilitated various career and entrepreneurship workshops for private/non-profit organizations. She resides in the Chicago area and is very involved in Theta Omega Chapter – Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  Ms. Barney is very active in her community and serves on the board for Imagine Me Girls Foundation, while providing additional assistance to a wide-range of charitable organizations.
