We should all be proud of our bodies. Our bodies are our outside representation of our innerselves. There are times others make us feel ashamed of our bodies and it effects our self-esteem and pysche. We tend to beat ourselves up or try to lose weight in order to impress others. We actually need to embrace our curves and learn to apperciate our wonderful bodies. This week we will address Body Postivity and address aspect of body shaming. Have you ever been body shamed by a familly member or friend? Do you feel comfortable in your skin or ashamed of your body due to being body shamed. We will address this in this week's eposide.
