Pels fall 125-116 to Raps, but Rondo looks good! + Nuggets preview

The New Orleans Pelicans were torched defensively as they gave up 125 points to the Toronto Raptors after a brief 14 point lead in the first behind Rajon Rondo and his 14 minutes.  The Pelicans looked fantastic with him in the lineup, moving the ball more effectively than they have all season and cutting down on turnovers in dramatic fashion.  

However, Rondo fell to his minute restriction at the end of the first half, and in the second Demar Derozan and the hot shooting Raptors did pretty much whatever they wanted to, whether it be taking open looks from deep, or easy, unencumbered lay ups.  

It also should be noted AD/Boogie were very frustrated with the officials in this one, taking several elbows from Jonas Valanciunas.
