Is Haiti under attack? Over the past four months we have witnessed immense suffering in Haiti. From the assassination of their President Jovenel Moise, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake, the refugee crisis in America, to the kidnapping of 17 American missionaries by one of the hundred gangs that have now taken over the streets of Port-au- Prince. Are they under attack, or just unlucky?
