Gender pay disparity in the workplace

There are many women that perform the same level of work as men yet they still are not equally compensated.  Walmart, which is one of the largest department stores was just faced with a gender pay discrimination class action suit.  This class action suit was the biggest one in U.S. history.  Equal work should mean equal pay but unfortunately that is not always the case.  Let's talk about it.
