How are you looking at your life? As a gift, or a burden, or somewhere in-between? Are you consistently allowing outmoded ways of thinking and doing take control of your day or are you aware of the connecting of thought, emotion and action? Learning to unlearn all that you believe you are sometimes seems a superincumbent task, yet is not trivial in your undertaking of it, nor your dedication to begin to think and live differently. It's not PMA, it's connecting the dots. PMA, indeed does go a long way in shifting your mindset, but when we don't believe these thoughts the dots can't, or are no longer connected. Today, I hope to inspire you as to the importance of the thought/emotion/action connection so you may begin to take steps toward significant life change, through baby steps.
A movie that is worth your time is; What the Bleep Do We Know, based on the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and in the marquee you will see pictures of his work to aid in your visual ability to conceptualize your own cognitive abilities, or, attentional control, i.e. your ability to pay attention and ignore what you want.
