Partnering with seven program in 20 years has allowed Innerchange to control their growth and stay on the cutting edge of young female residential treatment explained Dustin Tibbitts, President and Co-Founder of Innerchange to Lon May 11, 2017.   In this interview Tibbits elaborated how they are expanding family work to focus on family outcomes and are experimenting with expanding the concept of family to include others in the child’s world, finding the balance in play therapy between adult directed structure and child initiative, and bringing real time data into monitoring treatment.  [Our thanks to Rich Simpson, owner of Pathways Abroad for providing our intro music]
