Path Community: Coach Kim and Coach Greg

Happy 2012! There are some exciting changes coming to the Path Community format this year! In addition to our discussions around Laurie Beth's books, we will be adding a BlogTalk Radio spot, as well as one call each month dedicated to laser and group coaching for our participants. BlogTalk calls will be conducted the second Tuesday of each month at our regular meeting time - 7:00 EST. You can listen on-line @ blogtalkradio.com, and search: The Path Community. Initial calls will be taped to accommodate our international guests and the time differentials, but future BlogTalk spots will be conducted live and you are welcome to join the dialogue. Will post when we have a live call launch date.

The laser/group coaching calls will be conducted the fourth week of every month, so come prepared to play hard! Whether you are being coached or simply an observer, you will enjoy many "aha" moments during these powerful and enlightening sessions.

Our discussion book this year, Jesus CEO: Using Ancient Wisdom for Visionary Leadership is a practical, step-by-step guide to communicating with and motivating people. It is based on the self-mastery, action, and relationship skills that Jesus used to train and motivate his team. It can be applied to any business, service, or endeavor that depends on more than one person to accomplish a goal, and can be implemented by any one who dares. Our first module will be focused on self-mastery. Jesus had an acute understanding of the strength of this attribute and modeled it for his team.

This week Coach Greg and Kim will begin to lay the foundation for how Mission and Vision work together to create forward movement. Their personal experiences as leaders and coaches will add value to this dialogue. Share the link with others who may need to focus their lives with intentional purpose.
