On today's episode we'll be talking about the simplest of things that often gets left out due to us being complicated humans.  And that is being.  Without the programming, doubt and belief structures we carry around and filter the world through.

What does it mean to be genuine?  To embrace the I Am.

There's a reason why that phrase has been equated to God and is the precursor to all states of being. It's the root of your existence, that must be acknowledged before any form or function can take place.  Often we put our emphasis on the end of the phrase, "I am Great", "I am a Hard Worker", "I am Depressed", "I am Content", "I am an Idiot".  These phrases define us, point us on the path to be following as well as show others what path it is we are on, and to that purpose they serve us well. Though first and foremost we are, what comes after should be natural and freeing, not binding.

Let's talk about it, today on The Intended Life Radio
