Come on in for Texas High School Football on The Couch Potato Sports Show - Home of the Rowlett Eagles!!!!

It is the season opener for your Rowlett Eagles! They are on the road to take on the North Mesquite Stallions live from Memorial Stadium in Mesquite Texas.

Both team are looking to have that sucessful season, let's see who comes out on top in this non-divional game, but it still counts!!!

The Eagles are lead by new head coach Doug Stephens in his first season for the Ealges. He replaces Kiff Hardin who was the coach sense 2004 and had a 45-37 record.

North Mesquite is being lead hy head coach Mike Robinson who is 15-17 as a head coach.
