The Association of Communities and Human Resources

The Association of Communities and Human Resources Welcome, The Association of Communities and Human Resources started in 2003 as H.O.P.E. Community Association was developed to assist, support and collaborate with Neighborhoods and Neighborhood Communities Programs. Our activities are geared toward strengthening Challenged Communities with workmanship projects geared toward the enrichment of the Mind, Body and Souls. We are a faith based non-profit organization. As a Community Association program we collaborate with outside Educational Institutes; Community Association; Neighborhoods City and County Development Programs; Health and Physical Fitness and Religious Organization to bring resources and awareness into the communities. Our Goal is to help build strong positive attributes in our communities. We believe this is best done by rolling up our sleeves and getting involved in the community and by creating programs, activities, and resources to enhance the education, physical, mental, social and spiritual development of the community and all persons involved Our history includes and is not limited to working with The Riverside Community Association and the Resident Service Coordinator of the River Side Steppers. We have also work in the past with Pinehurst Community to address City Hall for new computers and sponsored H.O.P.E. to Fellowship a summer mentorship program; Other partners and programs were: The Richland County Sheriff Department; they help to educate the community children on drug awareness, Children Evangelistic Ministries help to support spiritual growth, and The University of South Carolina’s Athletes in Action Programs for physical growth. The Association’s goal is to connect with more communities. This is best done by creating an umbrella of communities and collaborations with partners and supports with a vision to support and develop young and talented individuals in challenging communities.
