You’ve spent a lot of time and energy in securing a judgment for your client, but the only thing they’re interested in is getting paid.  And this is a very important question, indeed.  After all, countless hours and resources have been expended to get this far and all you have to show for it is a piece of paper.  A very powerful piece of paper, as it turns out.

Tamara M. Paulun has been practicing in the field of creditors’ rights since 2008.  She assists her clients through the entire collection process—including the very important post-judgment stage.  She graduated cum laude from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, MI and earned her law degree, with honors, from The John Marshall Law School in 2007.  She was also a member of THE JOHN MARSHALL LAW REVIEW.  Tamara is currently working for the firm Teller, Levit, & Silvertrust, P.C. in downtown Chicago.
