“Chicago Real Law Blog Stories With Michael Helfand”  Chicago Attorney, Michael Helfand writes Chicago’s Real Law Blog for the Chicago Tribune publicatoin called Chicago Now.  Once a month Michael appears on LawTalkRadio to talk about his work and the Real Law Blog.

Michael Helfand has been a Chicago attorney since 1997 with a focus on trying to change the way people find attorneys and legal information. In 2001 he launched http://www.findgreatlawyers.com/, a state-wide network of like-minded attorneys who talk in plain English, only pursue legitimate cases and fight for their clients.  Mike recognized that the unique facts of the case should determine who the right lawyer is for a case. His network makes that goal a reality and the hundreds of lawyers he partners with state wide have achieved unmatched success for their clients.  Happy 10 year anniversary!

LawTalkRadio is happy to bring Michael Helfand to you once a month to talk about the articles and commentary published in the Chicago Real Law Blog, printed in Chicago Tribune’s Chicago Now publication.  This week we kick off with Michael’s thoughts on the recent Blagojevich retrial.  Michael was quoted in the Chicago Tribune this week on the retrial: “Would you want to be the defense knowing you have to change 11 minds to get an acquittal or prosecutors thinking you have to change just one?”  Here are some other titles we will discuss:  1) Ask A Lawyer Questions For Free (live chat); 2) Illinois Is A Joke When It Comes To Child Support; 3) My IRS Audit Story; 4) I Want To Sue Southwest Airlines; 5) Why No Attorneys Are Winning Like Charlie Sheen; and more!
