Time to Have a Look at Your 2014 Goals

At the beginning of the year we talked a lot about goals and goal planning, today, I emphasized the need to go back, look at those goals to see where you are in the process. Have you achieved the goal, loss focus or gotten stuck. I also encourage you to have a look at your vendors to see if they still solve the problems that you need to have solved as a business owner or if you need to see what their competitors have to offer. It's the time of year where some decisions need to be made about your current goals.
