Up untill recently, I was really unhappy about how tired and lethargic I felt. Partially because of my barin and energy draining "day job" day. So I did what everyone "knows" not to do. I left. I can honestly say I have no regrets and make no apologies.

Because I truly believe that in order to have a thriving business, we need to have vibrant health. It really drives our results and how we show up in a powerful way. Plus a tired business coach is not a good one. My vibrance and health affects my ability to serve.
