Cash Gifting Cash Leveraging Alert "What They don't want you to know"
The purpose of this report is to give you a no nonsense approach to learning the truth about Cash Gifting programs. After doing a ton of research on the industry to satisfy my own curiosity and skepticism, I knew this information would be helpful and valuable to others trying to wade through all the lies, hype and myths around this activity.
Towards the end of my report, you'll find a short and sweet review of some of the top Cash Gifting programs I found in my online research. I'll share the pros and cons of each one. But before I go into that, let's first cover the basics in case you're new to this activity and doing your homework to see if it's right for you.
Most people don't take the time to educate themselves and do their "homework" before they get started in a cash gifting program, and as a consequence, they end up losing THOUSANDS of dollars in the process, so I commend you for doing your due diligence and investing in getting the facts about this worldwide activity.
Now, I realize that you may not know me or my background, and of course it's certainly fair (at least at this point) that you might be a bit skeptical about everything you read on the Internet, I know I usually am. After all, Cash Gifting really fits into the 'too good to be true' category.
...so all I'm gonna ask you to do at this point is simply keep an open mind and decide for yourself if this information serves you, because that's my sincere intention, to lay out the facts for you, so you can make an informed decision without the fluff, hype or false promises you may have already been exposed to by others out there.
So what exactly is "Cash Gifting?"
Well, by definition, Cash Gifting (also referred to as "Cash Leveraging") is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash (strictly as a gift) and giving it freely without coercion or consideration.
It doesn't involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There's no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives.
It’s called a cash gift because that’s exactly what it is... a gift of cash. It's certainly not for everyone and over the years, there have been many opinions and thoughts as to the legitimacy of Cash Gifting as a viable and honest means of generating cash. But at the heart of Cash Gifting is a fundamental principle that's often overlooked and convoluted with greed and the love of money. This principle is quite simple…
"To help your fellow man (or woman) through giving, and in return be recognized and rewarded for your participation in the giving process."
In many countries it's a custom when a couple gets married that they receive cash wedding gifts from relatives and friends. It’s no surprise that the giving and receiving of gifts can drastically change a person’s life, and despite some common misconceptions about Cash Gifting, it still remains the most popular vehicle for financial gain in the World.
In fact, Cash Gifting programs account for nearly 60% of all money generated in the home-based opportunity industry.
Is Cash Gifting Legal?
This is probably the number one question that pops up when people start to see the potential with this kind of activity and it's certainly the first thing that I wanted to know.
In researching this activity, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.I also found that most well organized Cash Gifting programs use a Gifting Statement and Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, are binding agreements between two individuals. These forms are used, it's said, to ensure the longevity of a program.
Now, I'm not here to paint a rosy picture and tell you that ALL Cash Gifting programs are legal. Certainly there are some that are not. Unfortunately, there are "old school" Cash Gifting programs out there that weren’t structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure. Consequently, copy cat programs in the past were closed because of this illegal structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation. However, in recent years, with the creation and development of the linear "1Up" structure, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other Cash Gifting structure in the World.
With a 1Up type of Cash Gifting program, there are no fancy sounding "positions" to sell, no "matrix" to fill, and there's no ever-widening base to the structure (In a typical illegal pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top and invariably lose their money).
How does Cash Gifting compare to other home-based opportunities?
After personally coaching and mentoring hundreds and hundreds of people in the home-based opportunity arena, I realized that people don't join a home-based business to peddle lotions, pills, diet cookies, "magic juice", downloadable e-books, over-priced conference tickets, fiddly software bundles, vacation discount vouchers - or any other baloney.
If we really want to take an honest look at the industry, 95% of the people currently in a home business are fooling themselves into THINKING THEY'RE ENTREPRENEURS.The reality is that they're NOT looking to be IN business at all. They just want another ATM card to put in their wallet or purse! And they want that ATM card to handle all the little extras they need. They don't care about the business of HOW...THEY JUST WANT MONEY!
Cash Gifting seems to have mass appeal to just about everyone no matter where you live in the world and seems to also have a higher conversion overall compared to other home-based programs.
You probably know this already, but it's worth repeating. Cash Gifting is NOT a "free-to-join" program and that there's a financial cost associated with participating in these types of programs.
The other thing to keep in mind is that most Cash Gifting programs only allow you to receive gifts at the level at which you pledge at. In other words, enroll at $500, only receive $500. Enroll at $1500, only receive $1500 and so on.
Should someone enroll at $3,500 and you're on the $500 level, the difference between the levels ($3000) rolls past you to the next person who is on that level and qualified.
The Reviews are in...
Listed below are my reviews of a few of the most popular cash gifting programs online (you may have seen one or more of these, or even be in one of 'em right now). Scroll down to read the facts and my personal opinions on each one... and more importantly, what no one else will tell you:
Review: Ecosov™ has been operated in one form or another for over 9 years by a guy who calls himself "Q." There used to be three levels to join, but now there are only two: $6,600 & $18,500. It uses a 1UP style structure. Q has set up a pretty slick system and has the bragging rights to back it up. His marketing style and approach is 'in your face,' blunt and to the point with no fluff. Some people even consider it offensive, but it has mass appeal to others. It seems there's no grey area, you either like his style or you don't. Members are given a system ID to advertise along with program provided ads that must be used by prospective members to join. If someone responds to an ad and doesn't know what the ID code is, they can't join. Q also runs a prolific "Cash Me Out" newsletter and cranks out new content every week along with his telephone hotline that allows you to hear him address all types of questions and situations. He also answers all questions personally, but only to those that are ultra serious.
The Pros: You can join, plug into some of Q's marketing and advertising co-ops, or use his pre-designed ads and postcards and do it yourself. His marketing materials are top notch and pull very well. All of your ads include your member ID and Q handles all the rest which includes handling any and all questions from your prospects, as well as setting up the tracking to ensure your cash is delivered to you via Fedex, UPS or DHL. Q isn't a lazy millionaire in the least, he personally handles ton of calls and email and has actually worked extremely hard to deliver exactly what the average Joe or average Jane needs to receive serious amounts of cash, and do it with as little time and effort as possible.
Best Feature: The professionally designed marketing materials and hands-off automation make this program attractive for busy people that have more money than time. Q's newsletters are also very entertaining and blunt. It's the reason I joined!
The Cons: With the minimum participation amount being $6,600 to start (plus advertising expenses), Ecosov™ disqualifies the vast majority of people out there looking to get ahead from participating with this activity. Since the change in cash tubes, I saw a big dip in activity. Q isn't shy about the fact that he intentionally keeps the entry level high to only attract those that are totally serious. The drawback to this program is the fact that your marketing and advertising CANNOT be tracked! In other words, you have no idea of determining where your referrals are coming from and which ads are pulling best for you. There's also no way to track who Q has spoken to or what your leads are doing (unless you have your people contacting you FIRST) since you've gotta send everyone to HIS website and his numbers with your referral ID# and hope for the best.
Biggest Flaw: You must GIVE AWAY every 5th gift you receive to Q as a "Monitor Fee to corporate." At $6,600 - 18,500 a pop, you could end up giving a away a fortune over time.
Side Note: I have some friends that have joined this program. We did very well in the beginning... but then they all each had dry spells and all of the sudden things drop off with no idea or explanation as of why. Since you can't track which advertising method is working best for you, you could be wasting thousands of dollars and not even know it.
Personal Opinion: Ecosov™ appeals to those that have serious financial resources (i.e. deep pockets) to promote the program and are looking for something very turn-key and hands off, but the entry level price keeps most people away.
If you'd like more information about it, please let me know.
I SAY .... STAY AWAY!
Formally known as Up To You Wealth.
Review: NOSS is one of the more popular 1UP style gifting programs out there and has been around for over 6 years. The program has been promoted as having over 40,000 members worldwide in 16+ countries. I don't think there's any way to really verify this, but based on the popularity of NOSS, it's possible. NOSS appeals to many people because it has 3 levels of participation: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. Leaders within the program also conduct several live overview calls each week as well as a daily training call which is primarily motivational. It's professionally administered using a 3rd party tracking software system that keeps track of referrals and gifts received, etc. The tracking software runs about $100 per year.
The Pros: With the lowest entry level being only $500, it's accessible to the masses. The weekly conference calls to invite prospects to is well scripted and professional. There seems to be a genuine sense of community and support with NOSS and their system is simple. Cash gifts are delivered to participants via Fedex, UPS or DHL.
Best Feature: Low entry fee of $500 makes this program accessible to many people and the daily calls are conducted by industry leaders.
The Cons: If you join NOSS, you better be prepared to do some serious phone work and be able to handle rejection well, because participants are taught to promote the activity using an outdated antiquated method that focuses on buying lead lists, and COLD-CALLING strangers, doing reverse marketing with phone work, or running ads and following up with people to invite them to the daily calls, etc. You're instructed to invite them to the daily calls using a simple 2 minute script, then follow up with them. There are no larger levels of participation above $3,500.
Biggest Flaw: Not internet-based. They have strict policies about how you can actually market the program and will delete you from the system if you violate their terms. One of the things they forbid is internet marketing. Why? I don't know, but it probably has to do with some of the founders just liking to stick with old-school prospecting methods.
Personal Opinion: NOSS has mass appeal for people that don't mind cold-calling and doing heavy phone work (which is a very small minority), but most participants don't find this stuff out until AFTER they join and realize what they're going to have to do to be successful with the program. In an age where the internet can automate so much of the explanation process, it makes no sense that they don't offer an internet based system for their members.
Review: SOW is very similar in many ways to NOSS and was supposedly founded by a group of former NOSS members that broke off to start their own program because they wanted more freedom in the way they market the program. Like NOSS, SOW also appeals to many people because it has 3 levels of participation: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. It's professionally administered using a 3rd party tracking software system that keeps track of referrals and gifts received, etc. The tracking software runs about $100 per year. Many teams within SOW use automated internet-based systems like websites and streaming audio, etc.
The Pros: With the lowest entry level being only $500, it's accessible to the masses. Most SOW members use replicated websites that incorporate recorded overviews so no personal explaining is necessary and this in turn keeps the follow up minimal. Cash gifts are delivered to participants via Fedex, UPS or DHL.
Best Feature: Again, the low entry fee of $500 makes this program accessible to many people and the automation using websites to deliver the information saves time and give people more freedom as to how they want to promote the program.
The Cons: It was really hard to find a flaw with this program. The only thing I could find that I would consider a 'Con' is the fact that when someone has questions or wants to get started with this program, they have to call their inviter. This opens the doors to having to do three way calling because some people have a natural aversion to speaking to people on the phone or are afraid that they won't have the right answers when they get hit with hard questions that come up. THerefore, this program would be more time consuming then some of the others I have seen and less duplicatable for that reason. There are also no larger levels of participation above $3,500.
Biggest Flaw: Some teams in SOW have great marketing systems and strategies in place and some don't. If you join this program, be prepared to be accessible by phone and email since serious people will usually want to know who they're joining and feel comfortable with you first.
Personal Opinion: SOW Today appears to be the most professional program compared to all the rest and is never satisfied with the status quo. They're constantly adding and tweaking things to improve conversions for their members. They've done a good job of blending all the best parts about this activity with the automation of the internet. I like the fact that even a novice can find success with their turn-key marketing tools. It's for these reasons that I give SOW my highest recommendation.

Conclusion...
Wow, you must be serious if you're still here reading this... I hope you got some value from the information I just shared.
One of the most important things to remember when evaluating any cash-generating program is whether or not ALL of the information is presented to you BEFORE you get started. Many people will show you how to sign on the dotted line, but they never tell you what you'll have to do to generate serious cash-flow, so be sure to get all the details before you join anything.
So, the bottom line is this...
Cash Gifting programs DO work.
I thoroughly researched all the major gifting programs out there (and actually joined a few of them above so I could experience the programs for myself)… and after doing that I had no hesitation in rating SOW TODAY as the premier gifting program on the internet.
The word is out...SOW is THE program to be in if you want to generate cash fast and long term. SOW used to have some competition in the marketplace... but not anymore. People from other opportunities (and gifting programs) are flocking to SOW by the hundreds, and with the current rate of new members coming on board daily there's no doubt that SOW has completely taken over the cash gifting arena! In fact, I've enrolled members from NOSS recently.
So Now What?
For some, this website simply helped to confirm your initial suspicions about Cash Gifting programs and assisted you in making an informed decision to join (or not). Others of you still require more information before making a final decision as to whether SOW is the right fit for you (see the due diligence section below).
