Proverbs 22:6 says that if we raise up a child in the way - God's way - that he should go when he is old he will not depart. For those that are students of the Word this command by the Lord is a [godly] biblical principle for those who are called by god's name; however, like everything else, whether you are a child of God or not, raising a child in a good way has a higher percentage of producing a child that one can be proud of.

The operative word is "principle." The Oxford dictionary definition is  'fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning.' Serves as a foundation. A foundation is used for support of the person, place, or thing that relies on it to maintain.

In today's show, we are discussing the released audio of a conversation between Minister/musical artist Kirk Franklin and his son Kerrion. There is a lot to be said about the proverbial saying. Today we'll take a look at how this all plays out in the everyday lives of God's people.
