Stop human trafficking. Build sustainable cities. Use bionics to help wounded warriors walk. End hunger. These are just a few of the riveting topics San Antonio citizens will hear at the city’s first full-fledged TEDx event on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010 at the Trinity University Jane and Arthur Stieren Theater. Sixteen local and national thought leaders will give the speech of their lives around the theme “Planting new ideas.” We'll be chatting with some of the event organizers and hopefully get some perspective on the depth just one of these conferences can offer.
