Tara Kachaturoff interviews Alan Sims about his work as a forensic real estate appraiser as well as the significant work he has done in helping homeowners with mortgage and foreclosure issues.

As a forensic real estate appraiser, Mr. Alan Sims grew frustrated by seeing the real estate market decline, but more importantly, seeing some of his clients losing their homes to predatory lending and other unscrupulous real estate practices. For the past several years he volunteered to advise the public on a plan of action.
