As President and founder of TDM Business Toole Suite®, Ms. Sedessia Spivey has over 20 years of experience in business development including: project planning and implementation, startup operations, management, information technology and business training.

After graduating from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Management, Ms. Spivey went on to obtain her Masters Degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University. These two synergetic academic disciplines has given her a unique perspective on developing creative, innovative solutions to business challenges as well as successfully managing resources to improve performances and efficiency.

 Ms. Spivey then honed her business acumen after starting S&W Innovative Solutions™ and later TDM Business Toole Suite© - mounting skills in business development for project management, new startups, non-profit organizational development, strategic planning, business process engineering, and software development.

Her excellent skills along with her passion for delivering “only the very best” to her clients has been recognized by Ernst & Young (Entrepreneur of the Year), the Small Business Administration (Small business Person of the Year) and Black Enterprise Magazine (Finalist BE Small Business Award), among others.
