Mike Huber is  the Chair of NICL ( National  Independent Living Linving CEnters) menatal health Committe. Mike is Executive Director of CIL in Wisconsin. He has been a strong advocate within NICL to have people across other disabilities understand how our issues in the Consumer/Survivor Community is everyone's issues. NICL policy on all issues comes from work on its 10 committes which the Mental Health Committe and Civil Rights committe directly effects people with mental illness. But so do others. NICL Mental health Committe has monthly Confererence Calls to its members. Membership  in NICL is the only requirement.  2016 We have Multiple  bills on the table around Mental Health and the Disability INtergration bill The show is archived and will be availble later
