Kerry Spills the Beans, Obama Created ISIS!!! 18 Scandals of the Obama Admin

Well fancy that!!!  A leaked audio by Sec. of State John Kerry revealed that the Obama Admin allowed the growth of ISIS so has to force regime change in Syria.  The audio was sent to the New York Times on 30 Sep of last year,  but the mainstream media sat on it.  Gee,  wonder why???
