Insecurities & Abilities

 Why is it that we sometimes feel inadequate and insecure and look for other people to validate us. Why is it that the very first thing we do in the morning is get on FB and post a picture and wait to see how many like we get. Why is it that we run from our weaknesses and not embrace them to grow from them?  Why is it that we sometimes do not know our abilities, or we do know them and fear them. “It is the Lord who goes before you; He will be with you He will not leave you or forsake you do Not fear or be dismayed” (Deuteronomy 31:18 English Standard Version).
