As much of the country is experiencing record high temps, hosts William Pollard and Linda Rez invite you to join them as they break out the bubbly!  They'll be heading to Italy to sample the Tiamo Organic Prosecco (SRP $15) made in the Valdobbiadene (pronounced Val--doe--bee--od--nee) region and have a conversation with a member of the winemaking family who produced it--Luca Botter who will join them from Rome.

The Valdobbiadene region is perfect for growing the grapes of Prosecco.  It has a particular composition of hilly soil, exposition to sun, frequent rains and consistently mild temperatures between April and October. The grapes for Tiamo Prosecco are sourced from certified organic vineyards in and around Valdobbiadene. Soils: Moraines, sandstone and clay.

The hosts will also share some ideas for fantastic spring & summer Prosecco cocktails.

Please call in and join the Wine Muse World Tour in Italy.
