On Talk about with Rez and Andy the hosts welcome Patrick McPherson, General Manager and Co-Owner of the only 4 Star Green Restaurant on the West Coast, The Manito Tap House.  Patrick talks about the qualities they had to meet to get the special rating: Water Efficiency, Waste Reduction and Recycling, Sustainable Furnishings and Building Materials, Sustainable Food, Energy, Disposables, and Chemical Pollution Reduction.

We salute Patrick and his crew at The Manito Tap House for leading the way in the Green Restaurant Movement, and we hope that their example leads the way for others.  It's better food, more beautiful environments, and an all around more natural experience that has kept the customers lining up at the doors to get in.
