Talk About hosts Rez & Andy welcome special guest modern milliner and founder of Olive + Boone, Erin Haskell. She's bringing back fancy hats!
An avid lover of the arts, Erin found her passion for design by studying architecture and interiors. She also studied in London and interned for Stella McCartney, giving her an opportunity to understand the many sides of the fashion industry.
Her bold and geometric aesthetic and love of mid-century modern designs influences her work as a milliner. Every O + B she creates has extensive thought and inspiration behind it. Haskell’s designs have been featured in multiple editorial and wedding websites and she’s made and shipped custom pieces for women near and far, from her home in Washington State to the fashionable streets of Paris.
Olive + Boone (named for her 2 dogs) honors the craft of millinery while implementing modern design approaches to make a product suited for any woman that is tailored, daring and most of all, chic.
