Spencer Kane is a teen artist and actor. At barely 5 years old he recorded his first music video as a lip sync to the song "Written on My Heart" by the Christian band Plus One. Singing in church and later on writing and recording his own songs at a home studio, he partnered with his dad in competing at a county idol contest in 2010. His second place finish in the 16 and under group helped him gain the confidence to pursue music in a more formal way. In the spring of 2011 he recorded his first original single, "Best Friends", at Sweetwater Studios in Fort Wayne. He has continued recording and releasing original music ever since.
He's been nominated back to back (2012, 2013) for Indie Pop Artist of the Year by A.I. Music Awards in L.A. He was awarded Best Emerging Artist at a competition at the Lifelight Music Festival in Bethany, Missouri in June 2013. The win earned him main-stage performance in 2014.
Spencer is a National Spokesman for PACER Organization's NATIONAL BULLYING PREVENTION CENTER which takes him into schools throughout the Midwest to share his campaign BE ONE OF THE KIND.
