"My first spiritual experience involved a bright light, a voice, and the feeling of the most incredible enveloping love. It also involved the 2nd grade bathroom of my Oklahoma Grade School. From that moment on, during the next 10 years I spent in a religious cult, I measured everything I knew against the strength of that experience.  I still do. I love the question why. I love the answers I have received. I find people unique, interesting, and beautiful. I have studied Astrology since I was 11, Linda Goodman is my astrological hero.  Tarot drew my interest in 1995 as well as Reiki. I became an Registered Nurse in 1998.  I was widowed at 29.  I had my first and only child at 39. I found out I was pregnant 2 hours before I had her. I love to read and music makes me dance.  The most influential people in my life are my Grandma, my Mother, my Daughter and Louisa May Alcott. I have worked at making false teeth, nursing, and as a professional person locator."

Curious Times - Readings by Bree Peltier and Yvette Scott

    in Spirituality

Join us for 2 hours at 10 PM Eastern.
Bree Peltier is an Empath, Intuitive and Tarot Card Reader.
From an early age Bree struggled to understand her empathy and other abilities, and for a time, following the death of her sister, closed herself off from using them. Following a spirit visit from her crossed over sister at around age 22, and comforted by the message she received, Bree finally felt free to resume practicing her gift and working again to understand more clearly the messages she receives.
Bree now reads Tarot cards and continues to sharpen her Psychic and Mediumship skills.

Yvette Scott is an Intuitive and Tarot Reader who began studying Astrology at age 11. Her style of reading is reflective as she reads a snapshot of the person in that very moment and recognizes their beauty and reflects it back so they can see themselves as they truly are.  Yvette’s goal is to empower, her hope is to reflect, and she works hard to remain detached from the outcome.

The Conversation: Dr Angelo E. Volandes, MD with Scott Cluthe on End of Life

Scott Cluthe talks with Dr. Angelo Volandes, author of The Conversation, about the most difficult one spouses and/or family members will ever have to have: End of Life issues.

Dr. Angelo Volandes is a practicing internal medicine physician in the MGH Department of Medicine and a junior faculty member at Harvard Medical School. He is a Harvard College and Yale Medical School graduate.

Angelo continues his work surrounding Advance Care Planning (ACP), the process by which patients plan for future medical care under circumstances of impaired decision-making.

His study compared the preferences of patients after seeing a video depiction of a patient with advanced stage dementia, to those who received a verbal description of that health state.

There is an unspoken dark side of American medicine-keeping patients alive at any price. Two thirds of Americans die in healthcare institutions tethered to machines and tubes at bankrupting costs, even though research shows that most prefer to die at home in comfort, surrounded by loved ones.

Dr. Angelo E. Volandes believes that a life well lived deserves a good ending. Through the stories of seven patients and seven very different end-of-life experiences, he demonstrates that what people with a serious illness, who are approaching the end of their lives, need most is not new technologies but one simple thing: The Conversation. He argues for a radical re-envisioning of the patient-doctor relationship and offers ways for patients and their families to talk about this difficult issue.

Gary Wright, Founder of Spooky Tooth, Creator of mega-hits like Dreamweaver, and Love is Alive, accomplished world musician and friend and collaborator with Sir George Harrison, was my Live guest last summer. here is a Best of Re-play of this genius musician and enlightened soul.

In the new book Dreamweaver, Music legend Gary Wright reflects on his professional collaboration, friendship, and spiritual journey with "quiet Beatle" George Harrison, and releases for the first time a re-recorded version of a song they wrote together which features Ringo on drums and Robert and Dean DeLeo from Stone Temple Pilots on bass and guitar.

Best known for his multiplatinum hits “Dream Weaver” and “Love is Alive,” Gary Wright came to prominence as a singer and songwriter during the golden age of rock in the 1970s. What is not as well known to the public, however, is Wright’s spiritual side. At the heart of this memoir is the spiritual conversion and journey that Wright experienced alongside his close friend George Harrison. Until Harrison’s death in 2001, the two spent decades together writing songs, eating Indian fare, talking philosophy, and gardening. In addition to featuring lyrics to a song titled "To Discover Yourself" co-written by Wright and Harrison in 1971 and previously released as a demo.

The Death of Michael Hutchence 17th Anniversary Psychic Yvette Scott Connects

    in Rock Music

Michael Hutchence was the lead singer of the band INXS, a popular rock group in the 1980s and 1990s.

Michael Hutchence was born on January 22, 1960, in Sydney, Australia. In high school he formed the band The Farriss Brothers which became INXS. They released a self-titled debut album in 1980 which was a hit in Australia. They reached the American audience through heavy video rotation on MTV and their album Kick became a huge international hit. Hutchence was found dead by hanging in 1997.

    Early Life

Michael Kelland John Hutchence was born on January 22, 1960, in Sydney, Australia. A vibrant and sensual performer, Michael Hutchence was the lead singer of INXS, a popular rock group in the 1980s and '90s. The son of a makeup artist and a businessman, he spent part of his childhood in Hong Kong. Hutchence grew up listening to the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, among others. In high school, he met keyboardist and guitarist Andrew Farriss, and the two became friends and bandmates. They formed a band with bassist Gary Beers. Later on, Farriss brothers, Tim, a guitarist, and Jon, a drummer, joined the group along with Kirk Pengilly, who played guitar and saxophone, forming what was then called the Farriss Brothers.

    Formation of INXS

After high school, Hutchence went to Perth with the band and played in some clubs there without a lot of success. They returned to Sydney and renamed themselves INXS. Landing a recording contract, the group released its first self-titled album in 1980. The group's first hit in Australia was "Just Keep Walking," and with their powerful live shows, they began to attract quite a following. With elements of funk and new wave, the band had a distinctive sound. Hutchence's strong vocals also won people over. He had great charisma and sex appeal, with some comparing him to Mick Jagger or Jim Morrison.

Free E Book- 1,500 to Choose From HERE

Scott Cluthe talks with co-author Kieran Flanagan about her new book on human behavior and why so often the best intentions we have for business and the people we work with fall flat....and what we can do about it.

Kieran says we need: More Women on Top ! or is it just a good ole boys club in pantyhose ?

Survival of the species comes down to three basic instincts, say behavioural research strategists Dan Gregory and Kieran Flanagan—fear, self-interest and simplicity. These basic human behaviours come into play in all types of relationships, including those between businesses and customers. Selfish, Scared and Stupid: Stop fighting human nature and increase your performance, engagement and influence, demystifies these behaviours and examines the psychology behind why even the best ideas sometimes fail.

This book helps businesses design their organisations for reality rather than perfection, and also offers strategies to head off unprecedented levels of disengagement within, and outside, the business. It answers baffling questions around why the public sometimes fails to engage despite overwhelming data suggesting otherwise, why so many new products end up on clearance shelves and why so many great salespeople often fall short of their monthly targets.
