Himself a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, striving to pull something positive out of the experience with his stage show "Ask a Sex Abuse Survivor".
In the show, he tells the story of the abuse I suffered and of the path to healing he found. Throughout the performance there are "feedback breaks" where audience members can comment, ask questions and share their own stories.
When the show debuted as part of the Philadelphia SoLowFest this past June, he was gratified to find many survivors sharing their stories in an atmosphere that was 100% safe and supportive.
After the debut, he partnered with the National Association of Adult Survivors of Child Abuse, to better promote "Ask a Sex Abuse Survivor" and reach more survivors.
Well I am doing the last show for a while here on Blog Talk Radio, and what I am talking about is what I am currently going through, which is a transition for both the show, myself and my life. So I believe the topic of transitions is very relevant to the discussion today. How do we deal with transitions, what is it all about? Well lets find out. Please be sure to follow me onto the new format, that will be up and running the first week of November. I know it was going to be a continuous transition but I decided to allow it to unfold the way it needed to, so that is why it is going to happen in November. Hope you follow me to You Tube.

1 Kings 3:9-12New Living Translation (NLT)
9 Give me an understanding heart so that I can govern your people well and know the difference between right and wrong. For who by himself is able to govern this great people of yours?”
10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for wisdom. 11 So God replied, “Because you have asked for wisdom in governing my people with justice and have not asked for a long life or wealth or the death of your enemies— 12 I will give you what you asked for! I will give you a wise and understanding heart such as no one else has had or ever will have!

Let talk about domestic violence! October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month! Call in, get into the chat room, tell your story, your ideas or just vent a little.
DV is a problem for many survivors of childhood abuse. Its easy to go from and abusive past to an abusive future. Can you break that cycle? You betcha! Lets talk
Do you know someone that has been or is being abused? Have you asked yourself why is she staying? Why won’t she just leave her/him or he won’t leave him/her? Many ask that question but these are the same people who forgot on the playground as a young child, the cute little boy or girl pushed you down or hit you all in the name of “they liked you”. As a survivor herself the founder, Imani Evans of Women Healing Women wanted to start an organization that truly empowers women. She works to empower women to understand that even surviving is only part of the healing journey, and that thriving is the true destination. We will talk to Imani about her survival and how it shaped her into becoming the woman she is today. Joining CWT4R will also be Gwen Thomas; currently the Executive Director at the S.H.E. Experience and a minister at Victory for the World Church, Atlanta, GA. Gwen is a board member and the Communication Expert of Women Healing Women, Inc. Thomas is also a survivor of sexual abuse. She feels that education, wiliness and determination are some key elements to being a survivor. Woman are not the only victims or survivors of Domestic Violence joining us to give a male perspective on the issue will be Anthony Sullivan. Sullivan will join us and openly discuss being a victim, a survivor and male. He will tell why he stayed and how he survived. This is not just the problem of a woman or a child; it is a MAN’S problem to. WE just can’t understand why you are silent. But more importantly we want to understand why you stay so we can support you without judgment. Join us and tell your story. This is a CRY FOR HELP! We are up for the CHALLENGE are YOUd
