Join us Tuesday night March 24, 2015 at 9pm eastern as we welcome Daniel Green to the show. Daniel recently had a new book published entitled, "Shadows in the Woods: A Chronicle of Bigfoot in Maine". Ever since the first pathways were cleared through Maine's forested wilderness, something we now call Bigfoot has haunted the edges of civilization. The difference between a contemporary cryptozoological sighting and an encounter with a Wild Man in the eighteenth century is the modern presence of a popularly shared conception of Bigfoot. Whatever one may think of Bigfoot-an extant relict hominid, pure bunk, or something tantalizingly possible-the idea of a large, hairy, man-like creature roaming North American forests is ingrained in our culture. Shadows in the Woods chronicles Maine's rich Bigfoot record in Native American traditions and beliefs, Wild Man sightings, modern Bigfoot encounters, literary appearances of hairy man-like creatures, and strange somethings in tales and stories suggestive of Bigfoot. Whether physical or ethereal, the mysterious presence behind the legend of Bigfoot casts a significant shadow in the Pine Tree State. Tune in and enjoy!

Brock is the Team Leader on Destination Americas Television show Monsters Underground. Brock and his team travel the country to check out sightings of cryptids like the Mapinguari and the Draco. Since Monsters Underground aired Brock has not slowed down. He put together Team Rogue in Maine to continue the search. Recently Team Rogue investigated the Turner Bigfoot Sighting. This sighting is very interesting as it seems too good to be true. But is it? The team is still getting sightings in Turner, Maine. All this confirms something seems to be in the woods of Turner, Maine. Team Rogue spends more time in the field than any other research group. The team just returned from a 10 day road trip researching cryptids in the Ohio Valley. Brock has contributed Possible Sasquatch tracks found in the Chain Of Ponds area in Maine to the Cryptozoology museum in Portland Maine. The tracks can be seen at the Museum. Brock is also a film maker with multiple projects going on including a film about a Crypto/Paranormal Road Trip taken across the country. We truck on with the Bedford & Sullivan research process as the winter season grows thicker around us.
Former Associate Press Writer Hal Bock had a long and illustrious career covering all and everything he could possibly cover in sports, whether that was World Series ballgames or Olympics overseas. When he was a kid, he would first turn to the sports pages in the daily paper, always looking forward to the latest Willard Mullin cartoon, the man who created the Brooklyn Bum, along with a slew of other memorable characters. Hal has put together a fantastic book called "Willard Mullin's Golden Age Of Baseball Drawings 1934-1972", collecting some of the most memorable basball cartoons from Willard's career. We'll discuss the book and Mullin's impact of sports journalism.
We'll also discuss Hal's life growing up a Giants fan in the Bronx.
So, join us at 6:30PM ET for the latest edition of the Bedford & Sullivan podcast!
