Dr. Alim El-Bey speaks on "THE NAGAS AND RETURN OF THE ANCIENT ONES"

    in Spirituality

The word Naga comes from the Cushitic word meaning snake, in India is the cobra. In the East Indian pantheon it is connected with the Serpent Spirit and the Dragon Spirit. It has a equivalency to the Burmese Nats, or god-serpents. In the Esoteric Tradition it is synonymous for Adepts, or Initiates. In India and Egypt, and even in Central and South America, the Naga stands for one who is wise. When we come upon the word in Buddhist writings. it's a person of nobility. It is a term used for unseen beings associated with water and fluid energy, and also with persons having powerful animal-like qualities or conversely, an impressive animal with human qualities. "Nagas [kLu] are a class of beings (often snake-like in form) that dwell in a variety of locations ranging from waterways and underground locations and also in unseen realms. These beings have their own perceptions and vary in their enlightened level as do humans and other beings.

Unusual Show: Topic discussed: Re-Homing Your Unwanted Fish

    in Podcasting

Healthy fish  should never be a problem to get rid of. Any of the following options is preferable to dumping or flushing:

Local Fish/Pet Shop - See if they will take your unwanted fish. Some will even pay you a small price for them.
?Other fishowners - Advertise if you have to, you'll be surprised by how many fishowners are willing to adopt your fish.Fish Clubs - Check to see if there is a fish club in your region. Odds are someone in the club will gladly take your fish.

Schools, nursing home's, or office's - Any place that has an aquarium may agree to take your fish. If they don't have an aquarium, consider donating yours. Nursing homes and schools often welcome such gifts, and it might even be tax deductible.

Diseased fish are a little more difficult to deal with. Obviously they cannot be given away. However, they should never be dumped into local waterways or flushed. Sick Fish that cannot be cured should be quickly and mercifully euthanized before being disposed of in a sanitary landfill.

Bridges Programming, talking about solar boat propulsion and other stuff

    in Energy

Our Crumbling Plan For Our Crumbling Infrastructure

    in Politics Conservative

In the 1800s, railroad construction led to an explosion in the industrial revolution. No longer were towns reliant on close proximity to a waterway. New towns sprouted up everywhere. Cities grew and opportunities multiplied. ~~~~

From our waterways to our electrical grid, our highways and biways and everything inbetween, the construction of Americas infrastructure has been instrumental in becoming the worlds most influential economy.

But as time passes, things age and no one disagrees that our infrastructure is crumbling and in dire need of attention. Will repairing our infrastructure have the same economic impact as building it did?

Tune in tonight and we'll discuss this big problem that has been on the back burner for far too long.
