    Living Water Drinking Deeply

    in Motivation

John chapter 4 is one of my favorite chapters in the Bible. Here in his conversation with The Woman at the Well, Jesus tells us about living water. He explains that God is Spirit and that those who worship must worship in spirit and in truth. In a day and time when it seems that everything is on overdrive, let's talk about what it means to drink deeply of the living water in the 21st century.

Men's Health - June is Men's Health Awareness Month let's talk now

    in Motivation

Sandy's father, James Armstead who is 94 years young will be our special, Special guest giving us some pointers on what it took to live to be 94!! What he learned along the way. What he wished he would had done differently and whatever else may be on his mind! He is a no nonsense man yet will gladly share what he knows!

Walker Tisdale of Healthy Black Men joins us for a lively and informative discussion on Black Men's Health and the Twitter to Town Hall Meeting Online coming up in June. The discussion will include Mental Health, Fitness and Nutrition, Sexual Health and Social Justice. Mr. Tisdale is an activist and advocate for men's health with over 20 years experience.

We will also use sections from Sandy Rodgers' first manuscript ALL MY MEN: At a time when so many African American men are often cast in a negative light in much of the media, "All My Men" articulates a side of many of these men one does not see or hear about. Compassionate, courageous, determined, inspirational; are some of the words that describe the men mentioned. Additional commentary comes with knowledge and love for the man, particularly the African American man.
