Awakening to the Fifth Dimension with Vidya Frazier

    in Spirituality

Please join us and our guest, Vidya Frazier, as we discuss "Awakening to the Fifth Dimension." Vidya is the author of two books: The Art of Letting Go: A Pathway to Inner Freedom, published in 2002; and more recently, Awakening to the Fifth Dimension: A Guide for Navigating the Global Shift.

As an author, energy healer, and transpersonal psychotherapist, Vidya has offered workshops, classes and public presentations over the past forty years on a variety of subjects pertaining to spiritual awakening, drawing on sources from both the East and the West as well as her own inner journey.

Over the years, she has studied with a number of teachers, the most recent of which include Papaji, Adyashanti and other nondual teachers. She also studied at the Oneness University in India and has given the Oneness Blessing to numerous groups. In the past few years, she studied Quantum Healing with Dell Morris and has been involved in the program of Mastering Alchemy with Jim Self.

Currently, Vidya is focusing on giving workshops and speaking on the subject of her recent book: the phenomenon of the global Shift and how to understand the extraordinary and sometimes puzzling times we’re now living in. She presents her ideas using the paradigm known as “Ascension”—a dimensional shift she sees humanity making into a level of consciousness that’s been named the “Fifth Dimension.”

    MUTE by Vidya Gargote

The soul of this book lies in helping understand our own emotions. We all know what depression is, but this book brings out the nuances. We reject that we have depression and fall prey to its games. I suggest we radically accept it and bring major changes in our life."

    in Spirituality

Jesse interviews Shashika Mooruth - conscious indie artist from S.Africa who made her prodigious debut at the tender age of seven. As a child artiste, she performed in many concerts in South Africa. She was also the first and only S. African to accompany on stage, the late all-time great thespian of Indian music, Kishore Kumar; who urged her father to send her to India for training as a playback singer.  Shashika pursued part-time classes in Speech and Drama from London and
South Africa. She moved to India and enrolled in the Hindustani Classical arts program at the Bharati Vidya Bhavan, in Mumbai under the tutelage of Pandit Sudhindra Bhaumik from whom she continues to learn today. She has performed at the United Nations. She has lent her voice to devotional, pop, semi-classical and techno compositions.  Over the years of discovering herself in her music, she realised that she has a purpose here --- to reach out to people through her music and make a contribution to society. Now, she really wants to bring a change in the consciousness of people through her music and that is why her music label is called URJA MUSIC.....music for the soul. Urja means ability, enjoyment, expansion and inspiration and through this label Urja Music aims to not only create beautiful music, but also conduct various workshops incorporating music for the benefit of society.  You can learn more about her work at:  http://www.shashikamooruth.com/
