TS Radio: Blowing the whistle on US Forestry Service

    in Politics

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

The following guests are brought to you in conjunction with Marcel Reid, and the annual Whistleblower Summit for Civil and Human Rights held every July 30th in Washington DC.

Guest: Michael McCray As a civil rights lawyer and federal whistleblower, Michael became known as the “$40,000,000 Whistleblower” when he reported over $40 million in government waste, fraud and abuse at the United States Department of Agriculture.

Guest: Elisa Lopez-Crowder   A US Forestry Service worker since 2010.  Currently working in Tahoe National Forest, Region 5, California, as a Recreation Technician and previosuly as a Wildland Firefighter on the Region 5, El Dorado National Forest on the Georgetown Ranger District. I was very excited to work on an engine. I was the only female. The male assistant captain arrived two months after I was hired and started making negative comments about women working in the fire organization, about my skin color, and about women in the military. The comments were continual. I didn’t report him because I was a new employee and I was the only female on the crew.

One day in the field the assistant captain physically attacked me.  Suddenly, he grabbed me from behind by my line gear and threw me to the ground, put his foot on my back and held me down. He would not let me up until another firefighter told him to.

I didn't report the assault for fear of retaliation, until shortly after I discovered we would be on a two-week fire assignment with the assistant captain as our leader and the captain would not be with us. I feared for my safety and reported him. Forest Service management covered up the incident.

TS Radio: Deborah Goodman/ NY Judge should not be on the bench

    in Current Events

Hosted by Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Join us this evening as we take a look at another judge in New York that has turned his courtroom into chaos as he forgets his own rulings or even what case he is working on.  Guess who pays the price for that?

Deborah Goodman has been subject to the bizarre behavior of Judge Victor J. Alfieri Jr., for more than five years with no relief in sight.

"For his own Standards and Goals he repeatedly removed my case from the court calendar causing motions to be submitted in order to restore my case, which caused unnecessary legal expenses. On December 20, 2013 Honorable Judge Alfieri made a final decision to close my case because he did not like that the case was three years old. His only concern was my case bringing attention from those above him. He said, on the record:

“Now without prejudice to either side, I am going to deny that motion. And I’ll tell you why. I’m going to deny it mostly because of a housekeeping detail. The case is three years old, which will bring note of people above me, as I’m only here by virtue of someone’s signature on an order. I’d like to stay. So I’m going to deny the motion to restore it to the calendar; however, I’m going to do that 30 days from today.”

This was just one of numerous rulings issued by a judge who should not be on the bench.  Unfortunately, its all too common in probate and family courts across the country.

TS Radio: Author, Nancy Madore on the Ethics of Judge Nadeau

    in Current Events

Hosted by Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Guest:  Nancy Madore author,   The Ethics of Judge Nadeau

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is the TRUE story of a judge who presides over York County Probate Court in York, Maine. The premise of the book is that—in spite of the Maine Board of Overseers' rulings to the contrary—the behavior of Judge Robert M.A. Nadeau is unethical. Referencing real exhibits, orders and depositions in actual court cases, The Ethics of Judge Nadeau provides a bird’s eye view into the logic and reasoning behind behavior so incredible it will take your breath away. This candid and (often) humorous account of Robert Nadeau’s antics (in and out of the courtroom) is as entertaining as it is shocking.

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is based on the premise that there are some things a lawyer should never do—especially if he’s a judge—because they are either unethical, illegal, or just plain wrong.

Links to actual court documents, depostions, court orders, and BAR findings can be found here:

    http://www.nmadore.com/links

How can anyone read through these documents and not be enraged at the abuse of this particular judge and the cover-up by the BAR oversight boards which have condonned his outrageous behavior.  This is a cover-up!  And this so-called "judge" is still sitting on the bench!

TS Radio: A trip through Illinois Divorce Court with Mark Hexum

    in Current Events

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

    Our guest: Mark Hexum

Join us this evening as Mark Hexum tells of his journey through divorce court in Illinois. In what has to be one of the most salacious and obviously rigged cases we have examined, Mark came face to face with the corruption in family courts, especially those in Illinois.

After enduring a horrible marriage, Mark was threatened by both his and his ex-wife's attorneys with paying as much as 60% of his gross pay in alimony to coerce him into a settlement that left him borrowing to support himself and his children .

Mark has exhausted the usual legal channels in an effort to get fair treatment in the Illinois courts. He has carefully documented the relationship of key players in the system who became involved in one way or another in his case. He has discovered what so many others have; this has nothing to do with the law, justice or even simple morality.

TS Radio: No Justice in Cook County Family Court

    in Family

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

Join us as "Lisa" talks about the abuses she suffered at the hands of Cook County Family Court in Illinois. Facing unsupported charges, and an onslaught of mind numbing motions by her ex-spouse, Lisa has continued on in her efforts to reconnect with her son whom she has not been allowed to even speak with.  In a court where any court connected agent can levy any charges they please without ever having to provide any evidence to support the charges, and, where the defending parent is not allowed to refute the charges with any provable evidence, the deck is stacked agaisnt her.

Cook County, already infamous for its less than ethical or moral handling of lucrative guardianships of the elderly, enabling the plundering of estates while the elder is neglected and isolated by the court protected predators, is now in the spotlight for its mishandling of family matters including custody.

TS Radio: Dave Frank discusses an alternative to the way we vote

    in Politics

    Hosted by Marti Oakley-

Dave Frank joins the show today to discuss a new and innovative way to vote that would bypass the rigged Sequoia and Diebold machines.

We all remember the 2000 election, and the massive vote fraud that took place in nearly every state.  None of the results could be examined in the states that used those two machines.  All the machines were programmed to do was repeat their earlier numbers.

But what if there was a simpler, more verifiable way to cast your vote?  One that wouldn't require you to use those rigged ballot machines?  Join us for the nxt hour while Dave explains his plan.

    in Family

Hosted By Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Guest will be: LaToya Fredericks - Daughter who is fighting to gain guardianship of her disabled mother who is currently residing in Milwaukee, WI. against her will.

The "Honorable" Jane V.Carroll ruled base on her OPINION and not the FACTS in favor of the guardian who abused my mother. Although this Judge heard several agency testimonies from WI Department of Aging and Community Care, and Doctor reports of abuse and neglect. She ignore all their investigation and the facts. Judge Jane V. Carroll also made her ruling before the abuser can even be questioned.
