BIO for Mike Cutler:
My career with the former INS spanned some 30 years. I began my career as an Immigration Inspector, assigned to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York and then,
I was assigned as an Adjudications Officer for one year, conducting interviews to determine the bona fides of marriages in conjunction with petitions filed by U.S. citizens and lawful immigrants on behalf of their alien spouses to accord them lawful immigrant status.
in 1975 I became a Special Agent (Criminal Investigator). During my career I was assigned to every squad within the Investigations Branch of the New York District Office. From 1988 until 1991 I was assigned to the Unified Intelligence Division of the DEA in New York City. In 1991 I was promoted to the position of Senior Special Agent and assigned to the Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF).
I have testified before approximately 15 Congressional hearings on issues involving immigration, especially its nexus to national security and criminal justice. I provided testimony to the 9/11 Commission and have worked as an expert witness at trials in which immigration was at issue.

Dr Sam Sugar joins us to talk about the progress of his group: Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianships
Board Certified Internal Medical Specialist, Dr. Sam Sugar wil be featured in an in-depth discussion on legislative refrom of the For Profit Guardianship system in Florida, the emergence of AAAPG and the medico-legal issues that often enable "The Rush to Guardianship"
"Sadly, as so many investigations have revealed, there exist in Florida a substantial number of abusive "Professional For Profit" guardians and lawyers who have manipulated the Guardianship system and repeatedly exploited their positions to loot the very estates they are sworn to protect.
It is not just elders who are vulnerable--anyone at any age--can be deemed "incapacitated" --even seemingly healthy independent adults--and become " A Ward of the State"
A powerful subgroup of For Profit Guardians has used loopholes in the law and very weak Court moitoring to wreak terrible harm on Wards and their Families while they enrich themselves with exorbitant fees and horribly abusive tactics.
Abusive Guardians twist and subvert the laws giving them total power over the (allegedly) vulnerable in our society and instead of helping the frail among us, use the power of the law to strip away precious Civil Rights and plunder estates, isolate families who get in the way, and in the process destroy lives. They use the very laws intended to help people to destroy innocent people and their families."
Dr. Sam Sugar joins us this evening! We will be talking at length about patients rights. When are they applicable? When do they end? At what point does HIPAA end and the de facto death certificate referred to as guardianized "ward" begin?
If you are hospitalized due to illness and have not been declared a "ward", what right does the state and its agencies and agents have to intervene in your care or decisions?
Dr Sugar has also helped to author a bill in the Florida legislature FL SB412 which calls for revision of standing statutes and protection from predators working within the probate/family court system.
Why should anyone, by virtue of disability, and/or unproven mental incompetence lose all of their Constitutional protections and rights?
Why should anyone be "dead in the law" because they were deemed an "ward" of the court?
At what point does the individual cease to exist and to have rights, especially when no "team of experts" has determined them to be incapacitated?
Why should vulnerability allow a predator to loot the estates, take SS and veterans checks, personal belongings, valuable property for their own purposes.
Dr.Sam Sugar has much to say about all of this.
These and many other questions will be addressed along with Dr. Sugar's Florida legislation that calls for major changes in the care and treatment of the elderly and others who fall prey to the organized criminal rings operating in our family and probate courts.
Linda Kincaid, MPH is nationally recognized as an authority on civil rights of the elderly and disabled. She has presented training at conferences across the country. At the Aging in America conference in March, Linda will present a 90-minute workshop on Isolation: Elder Abuse in Long-term Care.
Tonight, Linda will discuss two cases of elder abuse by Public Guardians in California. ABC7 in San Francisco recently covered the story of Reta Cook, who fled the Santa Clara County to escape conservatorship. Although Reta was no longer in the county, the Public Guardian continued deplete her assets for services that were not provided. Listeners are encouraged to view the segment and post their comments to the story.
Linda will introduce listeners to the Margarita Zelada conservatorship in Monterey County. While visiting her daughter in Pacific Grove, Margarita was forcibly taken from the daughter’s home and placed in a facility where she is allowed no visitors.
Advocates pointed out that false imprisonment and forced isolation are violations of Margarita’s civil rights. The Public Guardian retaliated by going to court to strip Margarita’s right to have contact with advocates.
The Public Guardian recently filed a motion that could permanently strip Margarita’s right to have any contact with her daughter. The motion appears to be retaliation for continued media coverage of the civil rights violations.

Join us this evening as Mary Harper joins us from Indiana's St. Joeseph County. The question we all should be asking is: How did a child custody case end up in a probate court? Who died?
My name is Mary. I live in South Bend Indiana which would be St. Joseph County jurisdiction. I am a Mother, a USAF reservist and a college student. I am of sound character reaching out to acknowledge there is a legitimate problem with the practices of law in this St. Joseph Probate System.
I have been put through the ringer fighting for my youngest Daughter Ella, who was taken from me 4 years ago...on my birthday. The Father to Ella...and his corrupt attorney went into the court room of Magistrate Barbara Johnston at the local probate court...accusing me of everything a person could accuse another of, and was granted an emergency petition to take my baby. There was never any evidence produced or showing that any of the charges levied against me were true.
Four years out and a journey of false accusations...mind you I proved wrong, and lengthy continuences...with no evidence from opposing counsel, a magistrate that felt that "order of the court" meant her order and not the law, I am still without my child. I have no criminal record, while my child is with a guy that has had a felony charge and just recently, another battery charge. I have been robbed my of rights...but most of all my child has been ignored by this ungoverned and improperly instructed, supposedly overwhelmed probate system and denied her Momma that Loves her dearly and I might add her two sisters whom I raise on my own, that miss her so.
This biased and unethical magistrate denied me my request for the local agency in this county to come in and see what would have and should have been for the "best interest of the child." My little girl has been put on a roller coaster and I need my baby.
Connie Lee, founder of FACSAFoundation.org will join us at 7:30 pm CST to talk abut her organization. Hopefully we can develope a similar organization for addressing the rampant abuse of the elderly at the hands of predatory guardians and corrupt probate courts.
The FACSA Foundation (Family and Friends Fighting Against Child Sexual Assault) has been traveling the U.S.A. and Canada on a 115 city, Shattering The Silence Tour and Documentary Project filming a documentary on survivors stories from across the nation, conducting research on how child sexual assault is affecting our local communities, and hosting free public education prevention conferences across the nation, on prevention of child sexual assault and human trafficking.
At 8:00 pm CST, we will be joined by Dr Arden Gifford
American Board of Psychiatry
Former USAF Major Psychiatry
Modern Psychiatry originally was based on the humane treatment of serious clearly psychotic illness to now include in 2013 Diagnostic and Statistical Manual V every aspect of human behavior entirely that can be labeled without due process to a person permanently through life and now digitized in the NSA to justify all payment to the doctor, any length of voluntary/involuntary incarceration, denial of medical treatment, to death and the ultimate administrative supervision.
Please note: Dr. Gifford cannot diagnose or treat anyone while on the air. This will be an informational interview discussing the relationship and the rights of the patient and how psychiatry is being used in today’s world especially with regards to the elderly.
This show will be co-hosted by "The Dahmenator" (Debbie Dahmer)
Please join us as we discuss shelters, and adopting pets.
Howard Epstein joins us this evening from Los Angeles to talk about pet adoption and why some breeds may not be suitable for all people. Of special interest is the Pit Bull breed. Are they really dangerous? Who should not consider a Pit Bull as a house pet? What do these particular dogs require for care? What is the extent of owner responsibility?
Howard is a true activist and works to actively shelter and protect homeless pets. His concern is the bad rap that Pit Bulls get from media and the public and those who do not educate themselves about this highly intelligent breed.
Tonights show will start with a discussion on civil rights vs natural (constitutional) rights. Also called [civil liberties] the difference is major. Also, Cary-Andrew Crittendon will be calling in with an update on the retaliation against George Williams, by the court.
Across the country our seniors and disabled adults are targeted by predatory guardians who operate through probate and family courts. Anyone can be targeted for committing the new age crime of [aging with assets]. Assets that predator fiduciary's have decided should belong to them. The system of legalized theft is facillitated by having the victim declared incompetent to handle their own affairs. Many active and vibrant seniors are declared incompetent or incapacitated by unethical doctors and psychiatrists who many times have never even seen the victim. The same doctors and psychiatrists are used routinely by the courts and the predators as they can be depended upon to write whatever diagnosis is desired.
Please join us as we take another look at the horrendous system put in place to loot the estates of unsuspecting elders who thougth they had their estates well planned.
