Spiritual Growth Tools on the Radio has a variety of guests to help you to better understand the blocks that are holding you back, the show aims to entertain, inform & offer a different perspective to the issues that you are faced with.
This time, we’re going on a journey! I will be chatting to Clare Dakin - the founder of treesisters.org- who will share how a car crash turned her life upside down & kick started treesisters. She is going to lead us into an experiential journey of self discovery through a map of your own body that can help to show you what you need to balance to feel inspired.
This map journey is the basis for the groundbreaking TreeSisters campaign that is a call for women to step up into full nature based, feminine leadership on behalf of the trees & our children. When you walk it, you will understand why we are in the ecological & spiritual crisis that we are in, & what needs to be done to move into a new human identity that powerfully reclaims the feminine.
All you need to do is lay 5 cushions on the floor in a circle so that when you lie down like a starfish, your feet, hands & head are supported. You will be led in a simple process that helps you to feel for what you need in your life to help restore balance. This offers the most profound clarity, & can be done repeatedly. Consider it the beginning of a journey into deeper balance with yourself!

Coming to you live from Costa Rica and brought to you by the La Reserva Forest Foundation (LRFF). LRFF is working to solve climate change and lost resources by restoring the tropical forests in the "lungs of the world".
Our guest this week is Clare Dakin from the UK. She is the CEO and Founder of TreeSisters.org,a campaign that brings feminine empowerment and ecological restoration together in a potent behaviour change campaign. Clare is an Earth loving social entrepreneur and inspirational speaker who worked internationally for 18 years within the personal growth sector and then for 3 years as the UK co-ordinator for a massive agro-forestry initiative in southern India called Project GreenHands (PGH) before initiating TreeSisters. She now turns the social mobilisation strategy deployed with great success in India towards the mobilisation of women and the creation of a crowd-funding campaign that aims to significantly accelerate tropical reforestation within 10 years. She is a powerful voice for collective responsibility, common sense and the re-emergence of the Feminine Principle in western culture.
As always great roots and culture music plus interesting Caribbean news and events.
