Grand Jury Decision on the Police Shooting of Michael Brown: Who is Responsible for Violence in Ferguson? /
Understanding the Ferguson Uprising in the Context of Mass Incarceration /
There is a saying, “A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich.” That is, the outcome of a grand jury hearing is largely controlled by the prosecutor. To the extent that there is any debate over whether or not to indict Wilson, it relates not to deliberation among the jurors, but to the tactical considerations of different sections of the ruling class over how best to contain—and prepare for—opposition within the population /

AMERICA'S DARKEST SECRET By: Martha Rose Crow
The word "worry" implies being drawn in different directions, distracted, upset in spirit. In His sermon on the mount, Jesus warned against this very thing. He was showing us the secret of a quite mind free from anxiety and unecessary worry about food and clothing. We are not to be threatned by tomorrow's evils. The quite mind exists in an atmosphere of complete confidence in our Father in Heaven. It is comforting to recall that He has" good thoughts toward you for a good end." Someone said, "where our mind goes the rest of us follow." Join us for live prayer Mon-Fri. at 6:00 AM. Dial 714 459-3963 or log on at blogtalkradio/maximum-radio.com.

Aren't you the least bit curious? Of course. It's a fraternity 300 years old and going. No frat party. No male testosterone and alcohol driven embarrassment to themselves. But august; philanthropic. Authentic and dignified. Striving with piety answerable to common sense; endorsing equality and liberty of humanity; mystery; private and secret to protect it from populist verdicts; signs of greetings known to few; real.
Even we wonder how and why, don't you? What is it that a man finds in masonry that he can't find anywhere else? Not fame or fortune. Leadership becomes service to mankind but how does that endure?
If you wonder what it is, the best I can tell you is that it is a feeling. The one we experience when truth finds us. Not being smarter; not hubris, not arrogant or smug. When a person 'sees' what others do not, in a world so frightened and mistrustful, those truths are a weighty responsibility. That is what we call humility. Our task is to find balance in life and live in that state and the universe unfolds.
When a person has matured enough to take herself or himself seriously, when he understands himself, masonry opens the mind, the spirit, the heart. Every ending is the beginning of something next.
Todays show will be geared towards like always, the use of scriptures which outline the way we should be as Christians. Never stray from scripture it can and will help save your outcome no matter what the issue may have been.

Remember when some of us were growing up? Things were hard, right? You had to act a certain way or be a certain person or something you were not, all to be accepted. It was rough. Well nowadays it gets even worse. Many times on this show, I've said how great the internet is, and how great technology is. But the truth is, that the internet is just another tool to judge. Judge you, your family, friends. And now children are going off on rating spats. From polls posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. And it's all happening at such a young age.
The other night, I was watching CNN, and they were talking about this very thing. How sites like Instagram are allowing children to rate and critique other chilren. Even worse, children are forming "cliques" much sooner than they used too. Melissa Musen Gerstein, cohost of "TheMoms" on SiriusXM was on, talking about how her children are taught not too judge other kids, and that her two young daughters arent allowed to use Instagram, because it could lead to a judgement contest. Something to that effect.
There have always been children being left out or not liked by someone or made fun of. But in today's society, it's happening on a much larger scale. Join us this Sunday. 11/16/14 as we'll talk about this. And maybe see if we can't find a solution to the lack of inclusion amongst today's youth.
This week. "On-Air".
