This show kicks off a series of interviews with some of the top Plastic Surgeons in Beverly Hills and how they keep up with their very busy schedules. From long days in surgery, to flying long hours in airplanes to lecture and operate around the world...it takes a lot of stamina and energy for them to stay in top physical condition! We will discuss diet, exercise, meditation, and sleep tricks amongst other things that the surgeons use to stay healthy, lean, and mentally brilliant. They will also discuss how they help guide their patients toward a healthy lifestyle after surgery.

This week I am looking forward to interviewing world renown Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. Dr. Diamond frequently travels to Dubai and most recently Russia, and was recently featured in Vogue Magazine as one of the top surgeons in the world. Many of his patients fly to Beverly Hills for surgery and besides having surgery, also receive guidance on healthy lifestyle tips to enhance their surgical outcome. Dr. Paul has almost 40 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Dr. Paul earned both undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Maryland. After a Surgery residency at Manhattan's Mount Sinai Medical Center, he completed additional General and Plastic Surgery residencies at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also currently serves as clinical professor of Surgery at the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Institute at the University of California, Irvine.
