This show kicks off a series of interviews with some of the top Plastic Surgeons in Beverly Hills and how they keep up with their very busy schedules. From long days in surgery, to flying long hours in airplanes to lecture and operate around the world...it takes a lot of stamina and energy for them to stay in top physical condition! We will discuss diet, exercise, meditation, and sleep tricks amongst other things that the surgeons use to stay healthy, lean, and mentally brilliant. They will also discuss how they help guide their patients toward a healthy lifestyle after surgery.
Dr. Ashkan Ghavami will be my first guest this week..he has been traveling quite a bit speaking on Rhinoplasty and his Brazilian Butt Lift techniques.
This week I am looking forward to interviewing world renown Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. Dr. Diamond frequently travels to Dubai and most recently Russia, and was recently featured in Vogue Magazine as one of the top surgeons in the world. Many of his patients fly to Beverly Hills for surgery and besides having surgery, also receive guidance on healthy lifestyle tips to enhance their surgical outcome. Dr. Diamond will share with us his tips to leading a healthy lifestyle for his patients before and after surgery. With the demanding schedule of a Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Diamond will also share his secrets that he applies in his life to stay healthy and fit.
