    Shirts v. Skins

    in Sports

Oklahoma came back to beat LSU in the final seconds, but who won the idividual matchup between Ben Simmons and Buddy Hield? It's not as black and white as you may think. Apparently Cam Newton is a "polarizing figure." There's been many a QB before Cam to be "polarizing", namely Namath, so what really is it that has Cam getting under people's skin? Is it really because he's black?  He seems to think so. Dennis Wideman took out an official, and is suspended indefinitely. Does the punishment fit the crime, or can we justify his cross-check? Blake Griffen breaks his hand on his equipment manager's face. Aside from being a dick, what should his punishment be? Also, being that the Clippers seem to be doing fine without him, should he be traded, and what could you get for him? I love John Clayton, his pony-tail, and his Slayer t-shirts, but he ranked the Bills/Giants Super Bowl (Norwood miss) #1. Sorry, John, but there's many, MANY Super Bowls that are better. We'll list them. ESPN already has Steph Curry as the #4 ranked Point Guard in the HISTORY of the NBA. Seriously. I know the kid is lights out, but are you F**king kidding me? And LeBron's future in Cleveland, now that he fired David Blatt. All that and more on the next "Shirts v. Skins."

V-RADIO invites Aaron Moritz to discuss "Social Justice" in activism.

    in Politics

One of the reasons I wanted to come back on to do V-RADIO is I noticed a disturbing trend that TZM and TVP related activism have been invaded by a lot of thinking that is not in line with what I understand TZM and TVP to be about. "Social Justice Warriors" as some call them do not realize the slippery slope many of them are falling down when they enter activism for what they understand to be good reasons and then slowly turn into what they claim to oppose. I invite Aaron Moritz onto this show to discuss this issue.

    Shirts v. Skins

    in Sports

Carolina vs New England Super Bowl, right? Not so fast... Cards have one of the most complete teams we've seen in a while, and after losing to Carolina in last year's playoffs, AZ might be looking for a little revenge. Plus, it's always fun anticipatijng what Larry Fitzgerald is gonna do! That being said, I'm putting my $$$$ on the Panthers.. The Broncos already beat the Patriots this year- in New England. Granted, the Pats were without Gronk and Edelman, so it wasn't neccessarily a fair fight, but the Broncos didn't have Peyton Manning, either (Osweiler). Both teams come in at 12-4, with a home playoff game in hand. Brady seems to be playing at another level (exactly how many levels does he have?), but Denver's D is tops in the league, so to use the most played out cliche, something's gotta give! Also, Andre Drummond set a record in free throws the other night, and it's not one that is to be proud of. We'll talk about that, and much more on the next "Shirts v. Skins."
