Our goal is to help spread awareness about Climate Engineering, and its effect on our environment. By focusing on the facts, as we know them, we can provide a useful tool for people trying to understand the issue. This subject, by its very nature, attracts a lot of conjecture, and that can be very counterproductive in trying to spread awareness. Facts and hard evidence in the absence of speculation, however, can be very powerful.

McKinley Stockton, a Howard University graduate, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (BBS), and a Ferrum Junior College graduate with an Associate Degree (AS) in Science, worked eleven years in the insurance industry in claims and in marketing. However, on March 1, 1992, he gave up the starched collars, boardroom meetings and memos for a smock, casual slacks, clippers and shears.
Stockton began this new era in his life when he opened up his first shop in Lorton, VA, “Mo Better Barber and Beauty Shop.” His staff consisted of one barber and one hair stylist. After approximately 4 1⁄2 years, the operation moved to Woodbridge, VA, where the cosmetology side of the business was discontinued; thus becoming “Mo Better Barber Shop.” At the onset, the shop had eight stations; thereafter, twelve (12).
Being quite pleased with this career change and the hair industry, Stockton wanted to do more for the profession of Barbering in the state of Virginia. In October of 1998, he began the blue prints for the formation of a Barber College. Well, fifteen years later he has a full fledged Barber College in Woodbridge, Virginia with 20 training positions and a growing line of clients and students. And, as they say...the rest is history!

LOS ANGELES -- Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin, has a strong lead by a statistically significant margin in a new statewide poll of 600 likely Republican voters in California’s June 7, 2016 presidential primary election conducted by Landslide Communications.
California is a decidedly blue state in which Democratic Governor Jerry Brown recently won re-election by over one million votes, bucking a national trend that favored Republicans. And a Republican candidate for President has not won the state of California since 1988.
“Walker’s lead in both the full candidate field and narrowed matchups is strong, and statistically significant even though it may surprise some observers," said James V. Lacy of Landslide Communications, who wrote the questions and commissioned the poll.
Jim Lacy is author of Taxifornia: Liberals' Laboratory to Bankrupt America. Lacy is the co-founding director of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association and a former official in the Reagan and Bush Administrations.

state of jefferson white paper
Since 1965, northern California has not had adequate representation in the state legislature. The most expeditious way to restore representation to the counties of northern California is to create a new state with those counties that want representation restored. The only viable plan to restore representation is the “Jefferson” state movement which is using the only legal method of engineering a state split through the formula required by Article IV, Section 3 of the US Constitution.i This formula necessitates a simple majority of both houses of the state legislature and Congress approve the split in order to create a state out of an existing state or states. This process has created four new states in our nation's history.
In order for “Jefferson” to be successful, two tenets must be completed and one verified. First, counties that want to be part of the new state must give the Jefferson Committee some indication of support. Typically this is done by the Board of Supervisors affirming a Declaration and Petition to Withdraw from the State of California. This is not the only avenue open to a County. Second, the state and national legislative actions outlined above must achieve a simple majority result.
Third, although not required by Article IV, Section 3, the Committees will illustrate the financial viability of the new State to its citizens.
As of January 1, 2015, six counties have Declared and Petitioned to Separate from California and join the new state of “Jefferson”. Both the California Legislative Analyst’s Office (LAO) and an internally generated financial model have shown that “Jefferson” is a viable entity. By the end of January 2015, four counties will have had their Declarations filed with the Secretary of State of California which could initiate the legislative phase of state separation.
