TS Radio: Scott Kiley & State Sponsored Abduction & Kidnap of his Mother

    in Parents

Scott Kiley joins thew show to discuss the state sanctioned kidnapping of his mother, forcing her into a guardianship which Scott describes as "state sanctioned abduction,kidnapping,hostage-taking". Professional fiduciary James Moore was called in by the hospital, conducting an "interview" with my mother while she was massively drugged after hip surgery.  It was Moore who "diagnosed" my mother with dementia.

Moore keeps my mother heavily drugged and confined to her bed. My mom is in grave danger now of prescription drug toxic poisoning and early premature death. I need to undo that to prevent permanent conservatorship by Moore on March 17th and literally SAVE HER LIFE!

Mercy Hospital in Sacramento seems to have a pattern, practice, custom of medical malpractice ,medical misdiagnosis of calling physically infirm sane people who are elderly,"insane",so that in conjunction with state, county officials, money can be made by lawyers, judges and professional fiduciaries, to steal people's lives, monies, bankrupting them, destroying families and making them homeless in so doing.

April 21st, 2016 John Ceretto NY State Assemblyman, 145th District

    in Politics

In this segment of the Vince Anello Show New York State Assemblyman John Ceretto is our guest. Assemblyman Ceretto and I discuss state issues and initiatives as well as local issues and initiatives.

On the local level, the Niagara Falls Water Board and their relationship with the ratepayers, city residents, is discussed at length. I advanced my hope that the public meeting be held with all five members of the Niagara Falls Water Board, Niagara Falls city government and the appointing authorities of the Water Board. Niagara Falls Water Board members appointed as follows: one by the governor, one by the New York State Senate representative, one by the New York State assembly representative, one by the mayor of the city Niagara Falls and the fifth one by the Niagara Falls city Council.

The lack of communication and cooperative work relationship was totally exposed during the two years of the frozen water lines fiasco on 72nd St. and various other smaller areas in the city.

Just recently another issue was brought to light. The lack of maintenance of fire hydrants. This is a more dangerous situation confronting public health and safety in the city Niagara Falls.

School funding for local public schools and aid for street construction are also discussed by assemblyman Ceretto in this segment.

State of Florida Violates Voting Rights of Miriam E Lancaster and Many More

    in Politics

Miriam is 100 years young. That should not be an excuse to take away her rights - including her right to vote. Every American should be outraged, ashamed and concerned about how easily the State can take away your rights. Many of us thought the Voting Rights Act of 1965 outlawed any type of literacy test determining who is smart enough or informed enough to vote, but apparently not in Florida.

Miriam was only 4 years old when women got the right to vote - 19th Amendment - see attached. Miriam has been very active and engaged in her government. Now the State of Florida simply takes away her rights. Just 3-4 months prior to the State of Florida claiming Miriam is/was "totally incapacitated", the same state said she was of sound mind and had the right to give her money to whoever she wanted. There are many unanswered questions about the actions of the State of Florida.

Please watch the video (link below) and listen to Miriam E. Lancaster. Do you believe this 100 year old American should have the right to vote - not to mention serious questions about the abuse of all of her rights?

Miriam needs pro-Bono attorney that has the will and courage to challenge the actions of the State of Florida. As it stands today, Miriam E. Lancaster has no rights! The State of Florida has stripped Miriam of her most basic rights as an American. We believe they have violated her rights under both the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. We have serious questions about Miriam's case. Now, Miriam's funds are gone. This too causes great concern. This is not the American way!

    New York State of Mind

    in Politics

Good morning, today on The Meter, we will discuss the upcoming New York primary as Republican frontrunner Doanld Trump and Democrrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton seek to regain their momentum after recent surges by their competitors. Donald Trump has spoken out emphatically about the "Unfair process" in the Republican race obviously referring to the Colorado delegation going for Cruz, where no voters cast a ballot. Bernie Sanders continues his streak by winning Colorado after a fiery debate doubling down on his attacks on Hillary over banking and corporate donations. Bill Clinton has once again drawn criticism over a comment about Sanders supporters wanting "to shoot every third person on Wall Street". Please join the discussion at 9:00 AM. The call in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential.
