In the 1970's Star Trek took on a form which we have never seen since, it was animated.
Animation allowed Star Trek to show creatures and present stories which would be impossible to show in a live action series in that time. In the 24th episode of the Starfleet Escape PodCast we will examine this short lived series, the fan made Starship Farragut, and the shelved project Star Trek: Final Frontier.
We also turn to you the listeners to find out if you think Star Trek should made a return to its animated form.
